45-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 45 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Please send an email with the order ID included to email@example.com to initiate the refund process, once the item is returned to Meross's warehouse for inspection and criteria 1/2 are met, we will fully refund you.
1. Returns must include all accessories.
2. Items must include original packaging.
3. For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
4. For warranty claims not related to product quality, Meross will refund the full cost of the product.
5. If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Refund requests for the 45-day return policy expire 45 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
