Refund Policy

45-Day Refund Guarantee for Any Reason

For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 45 days of the day of purchase. Once the item is returned to Meross's warehouse for inspection and criteria 1 and 2 are met, the refund process will begin.
  1. Returns must include all accessories.
  2. Items must include original packaging.
  3. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
  4. For non-quality related warranty claims, Meross will refund the cost of the product.
  5. If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.

* Refund requests for the 45-day return policy expire 45 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.

 

How do I return an item?

  1. Please reach out to our shopify@meross.com team to initiate the refund process. Please state reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
  2. Meross Support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.
  3. For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to Meross with the following information:
  • Name of the courier
  • Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 Business days.
