Compatibility Check
Meross smart garage door opener is a companion device for existing garage door openers and can be used in conjunction with most garage door openers on the market. Please go to the following page and select your brand/model first to check.

Step One
Use pliers to short the wall button terminals, if the garage door opens or closes, it works. Otherwise, please go to point 2.

Accessory manual is in the "Product guides and documents-Instructions for Use (IFU)"
Step Two
If point 1 fails, your garage opener is from Chamberlain/LiftMaster/Craftsman. MSG100HK will still work(needs an extra accessory). Please claim the accessory on the meross.com or send our support@meross.com team the information for your garage opener and we will send you the appropriate accessory individually.
Offline Control
When the internet is down, you can still control your devices in Home Wi-Fi network via Meross app.
Auto Close
Close the door automatically when the door is still open after a particular time.

1Compatibility Check
The product is compatible with more than 1600 models and 200 brands. Please check whether your garage door model is on the compatibility list.
2Shade Connect the Phone
Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and ensure that your smart device is covered by a powerful Wi-Fi signal.
3Install the Sensor
Please make sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 1 inch when the garage door is closed.
