Step One

Use pliers to short the wall button terminals, if the garage door opens or closes, it works. Otherwise, please go to point 2.

Step Two

If point 1 fails, your garage opener is from Chamberlain/LiftMaster/Craftsman. MSG100HK will still work(needs an extra accessory). Please send meross support team the learn button color of your garage opener, we can ship the proper accessory for you along with the MSG100HK.

Connect your smartphone or tablet to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and ensure that your smart device is covered by a powerful Wi-Fi signal.

Please make sure the distance between the two sensors is less than 1 inch when the garage door is closed.
