Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on ALL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for tracking the package and being available to receive the shipment. The shipment is under customer ownership after it leaves the Meross warehouse. Refunds or replacements will NOT be issued for lost or missing packages.

1. How long does delivery take, and how will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out in the United States, Canada, and Australia, and the delivery will take 3-5 business days. We also chose the best carriers for our customers in other countries/regions, and the delivery will take 7-14 days.

(The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

2. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Notes:
- Orders placed during the weekend will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
- Orders are processed promptly unless during significant promotional events or the holidays.
